Sunday Gatherings
We are a diverse community, united by our love for God and for others. Though we come from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences, we gather with a shared desire to grow in faith, learn from God’s Word, and be transformed by it. With open hearts and a passion to serve, we strive to live out our calling each day. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to come together in worship and fellowship.

Join Us For Worship
At The Salvation Army Kitchener Community Church, we gather as a welcoming community centred on worship, connection, and spiritual growth. Whether you are new to church, have been part of our church family for many years, or are returning after time away, you are warmly invited to come as you are and find a place to belong. Families are welcomed and encouraged to worship together, and you will see people of many ages and cultures participating side by side.
Children
Children in Grades JK–6 are invited to join our Kingdom Kids Sunday School, where the Orange curriculum helps them explore faith through fun, creative, and engaging activities. Children will be dismissed part way through the service, after Kingdom Corner, to go out to Sunday School.
For families with infants and toddlers, a nursery is available, allowing parents to care for their child while still hearing the service. A quiet room is also available for anyone who may need a calm, comfortable space.
Music
Senior Band
Our Senior Band rehearses weekly on Tuesday evenings as they prepare to lead worship and share music both within the church and throughout the wider community. Through regular rehearsal, service, and fellowship, the band plays a significant role in worship life while also participating in a variety of community engagements and outreach opportunities.

Worship Team
Our Worship Team rehearses weekly on Tuesday evenings as they prepare to lead the congregation in worship each Sunday. Through thoughtful preparation, prayer, and teamwork, the Worship Team helps create a welcoming and meaningful worship experience that supports congregational singing and engagement. The team plays an important role in the life of our church, using music to help guide our times of worship and praise together each week.
